Attorney Profile

Attorney Michael Lins has more than twenty-five years of experience handling personal injury, family law, estate planning, estate administration and probate matters. He was born and raised in the Tampa, Florida area, graduated with honors from Florida State University College of Law, and graduated with an B.A. from Davidson College. In over twenty-five years of practice, he has had an unwavering commitment to providing client-centered legal representation. This has earned him the respect of legal professionals throughout the State of Florida and an A/V rating - the highest peer review rating under Martindale Hubbell’s Peer Review Rating process.

Attorney Joy Strickler is a 2008 graduate of Stetson University College of Law. She graduated in 2005 from Florida State University with a double major in Psychology and Communications. While at Stetson College of Law, Joy was a member of Stetson's nationally recognized Mock Trial Team. Joy is also licensed as an attorney in South Carolina.
